Why we started Pamfield
Pamfield was founded after seeing first-hand how difficult it can be to find care that feels personal rather than transactional. Too many families were left juggling agencies, rotating strangers and rigid schedules.
We set out to build something different: a local, community-rooted care service where clients keep the same familiar carers, plans are shaped around real lives, and families are kept informed every step of the way.
